With a private garage, you can skip street parking, simplify ski school drop-offs, and avoid winter driving hassles altogether.

Inside, the home offers a playful nod to Mammoth’s ski heritage, with curated vintage ski photography (including Slim Aarons imagery), cozy leather seating, and thoughtful design throughout. Large south-facing windows flood the main living level with natural light, while the fireplace creates a welcoming place to gather after a day outside.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space is ideal for spending time together—whether you’re sharing après drinks by the fire, cooking meals, or lingering around the dining table. The kitchen is well equipped for real use, with generous prep space, modern appliances, and an oversized peninsula that naturally draws people in.

--A 3% credit card processing fee applies to guest-initiated refunded cancellations and rate changes.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
