Set within the Mountainside Mammoth community, this three-bedroom retreat pairs private amenities with one of the closest residential locations to Canyon’s lifts, ski school, and gondola.

Inside, the open living space invites gathering after a day outside, while multiple levels and sleeping zones make it easy for groups to spread out. Step onto the private balcony to soak in the hot tub, fire up the grill, or unwind with mountain air and views. A private garage, boot warmer, EV charging, and thoughtful tech round out a stay that feels both dialed-in and effortless.

Traveling with a larger group? Triple Black connects directly to the adjoining home, Double Black, creating a rare six-bedroom, two-home combination—ideal for families or friends who want to stay together without sacrificing space.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.

No more than 2 cars in the garage, 2 cars in the driveway, please. * Pets are not allowed. * Due to Town of Mammoth occupancy rules, no unregistered guests permitted. * For safety and security of guests, exterior areas (garage, balconies, foyers, stairwell, exterior) are monitored by real-time, cloud-hosted video surveillance. ------------------------- * Violation of any house rule, violation of law, or nuisance to community (including guests in excess of reserved number) may result in immediate termination of your reservation. Guests will be required to depart the premises immediately and no refund will be issued. * Violation of smoking restrictions, or excessive cleaning or maintenance issue will result in a $500 fee. * You are responsible for the behavior of guests in your party. Costs for damage, need for excessive cleaning/repair, or theft from our home or HOA building/grounds will be deducted from your security deposit; costs in excess of the security deposit will result in additional charges.
