With only 2 other units in the building, this complex provides all the conveniences of a condo (garage parking, storage, proximity to slopes, easy check-in, maintenance and cleaning staff on call) with the private feel of a single-family home.
This listing is for a two condo combination that together provides 6 bedrooms and 6 baths in almost 4000 square feet-- with private hot tub, sauna and three decks.
These condos make up the entire top floor of Sonenalp and are connected by both an interior foyer and an expansive back balcony with a private hot tub and sauna.
Grill out using the provided propane grill.
Each condo has a large open floor plan with plenty of plush seating for large groups. The fully stocked expansive kitchens boast granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and high-end appliances making it easy to cook a wonderful meal at home. Beds and baths are equally luxurious with high-end furnishings and finishes.
All bedrooms have luxury linens, ample storage and large closets.
All bathrooms have top-of-the-line fixtures and marble tiles.

All Sonenalp properties are pet friendly, but we will need to approve your pet prior to booking and you will need to sign the pet agreement. There is a $200 fee for approved pets.
Guests must sign a personalized rental contract within 48 hours of booking. A 3% credit card fee will apply to any refunded amounts due to guest-initiated cancelations.
Please note that homes in Mammoth Lakes do not have air conditioning due to our mild, mountain climate. If you need AC, check out our Westin units, which have AC as they are built to standard hotel specs.
Also note: A spa maintenance company will service the tub 2x per week. To access the tub the maintenance person will need to walk through the condo.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
* Check-in is 4 pm. Check out is 10 am. * Please be respectful of the quiet, upscale vibe in our HOA community. Limit noise after 9 pm and before 8 am. * 6 persons max in the hot tub at a time. * No unsupervised children in the hot tub or sauna at any time. * No smoking or vaping in or around the condo or on the balconies. * For safety and the need to snowplow, please do not park in the driveway. The Town of Mammoth does not allow overnight parking in our neighborhood. 2 cars only in the garage, please. * Pets allowed only with prior approval of management. A fee of $200, required by our HOA, will apply. Please pick up after your pet. * Due to Town of Mammoth occupancy rules, no unregistered guests permitted. * For safety and security of guests, Sonenalp common areas (garage, balconies, foyers, stairwell, exterior) are monitored by real-time, cloud-hosted video surveillance. ------------------------- * Violation of any house rule, violation of law, or nuisance to community (including guests in excess of reserved number) may result in immediate termination of your reservation. Guests will be required to depart the premises immediately and no refund will be issued. * Violation of smoking restrictions, leaving of pet waste or other excessive cleaning or maintenance issue will result in a $500 fee. * You are responsible for the behavior of guests in your party. Costs for damage, need for excessive cleaning/repair, or theft from our home or HOA building/grounds will be deducted from your security deposit; costs in excess of the security deposit will result in additional charges.About the Owner
These condos are owned by two SoCal families who love Mammoth for its idyllic weather, breath-taking beauty and unique vibe. We love to spend as much time at our homes in Mammoth as we can with our children and friends enjoying Mammoth's year-around sports, activities, festivals. And when we can't be there, we love having the opportunity to share our homes with you! In the summer we hike, bike, canoe and fish. We live for the winters, of course, when we take every opportunity to ski, board, sled and play hard. Both families had visited Mammoth for many years but as soon as we saw Sonenalp and its ideal location we knew these homes were perfect for us!Location
