Point Sierra is a newly renovated one-bedroom residence located within the Westin Monache building, offering a rare combination of privacy, warm natural light, and sweeping views of Mammoth’s Village and the Eastern Sierra beyond. Positioned in the most desirable area of the building—set back from the pool and event venues—this home provides a peaceful retreat while remaining steps from Mammoth’s social and entertainment hub.

From your private balcony, take in expansive down-valley views stretching toward Crowley Lake and the White Mountains. It’s the perfect place to unwind with a morning coffee or end the day with a drink as the Village lights come alive below.

When you’re ready to step out, everything Mammoth is known for is just outside your door. Restaurants, festivals, live music, shopping, and year-round events fill the Village plaza, while the nearby Village Gondola provides direct access to Canyon Lodge—Mammoth Mountain’s most popular ski portal.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed to feel both elevated and comfortable. Large windows bring in beautiful light throughout the day, while the open layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen spaces seamlessly. The living room features a propane fireplace, comfortable seating, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

The kitchen is well equipped for at-home meals, with granite countertops, full-size appliances, and everything needed for simple cooking or relaxed dining. The bedroom features a king bed with quality linens, integrated bedside tables and lighting, a flat-screen TV, and generous storage. The oversized bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and ample space to spread out.

Westin categorizes this residence as a Deluxe One-Bedroom Suite with Premium View, the highest one-bedroom category in the building. With approximately 600 square feet, it offers a more spacious and private experience than many Village accommodations.

Guests enjoy access to Monache’s shared amenities, including multiple hot tubs, a heated pool (seasonal availability), a fitness center, BBQ area, ski and gear rentals, business center, laundry facilities, and secure underground parking. While the building offers hotel-style amenities, Point Sierra is privately owned and professionally managed by Adventure Refined. This residence is not part of the Westin rental program, and hotel services such as valet, bell service, and front desk assistance are not provided. Instead, guests enjoy keyless check-in and direct support from our local team, available throughout your stay.

Point Sierra comfortably sleeps up to four guests with one king bed and a queen sleeper sofa, making it an excellent choice for couples, small families, or friends seeking an elevated Village stay with space, light, and views.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
