One of only a few penthouse-level homes in the building, the space feels distinctly removed from typical hotel-style units. Its quiet corner position and three private balconies create a calm, light-filled retreat above the energy of the Village below.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and function. Two king bedrooms, each with Westin Heavenly® beds, are paired with a queen sleeper sofa in the living area—comfortably accommodating families or small groups. The living space is anchored by a fireplace and framed by wide mountain views, while the rare full kitchen (uncommon at the Monache) allows for relaxed meals at home.

Large south- and west-facing windows fill the penthouse with warm light throughout the day, while the balconies offer space to step outside for morning coffee, après-ski, or quiet evenings overlooking the alpine landscape.

The location places you directly at Mammoth’s central hub. The Village, with its restaurants, shops, and year-round events, is just outside the door. The Village Gondola, located across the street, provides direct access to Canyon Lodge skiing in winter and scenic access in summer.

Guests also enjoy access to a private owner ski locker at Canyon Lodge, allowing you to store skis and boards right at the mountain—an uncommon convenience that makes ski days significantly easier.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
