With a spacious single-level layout, two king suites, and a dedicated bunkroom, this home is ideal for families or groups who value space, privacy, and a walkable connection to the mountain.

The interior feels refined yet approachable, with warm materials, quality furnishings, and a layout that naturally balances shared gathering areas with private sleeping spaces. The open living and dining area is anchored by a gas fireplace and generous seating, creating a comfortable place to unwind after long days on the slopes or trails. Large windows bring in natural light and a sense of calm, while the overall design remains relaxed rather than formal.

The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for real cooking, with granite counters, custom cabinetry, and ample space to prepare meals together. A large dining table and breakfast bar make it easy for groups to gather, whether for casual breakfasts or long après-ski dinners. Every detail is designed to feel functional, intuitive, and welcoming—never overdone.

Sleeping accommodations are flexible and well separated. A dedicated ski locker at Canyon Lodge makes mountain days easy and gear-free.

Best of all, the location puts you just a short walk from Canyon Lodge, the Village Gondola, and some of Mammoth’s best skiing, hiking, and biking access—while still feeling tucked away from crowds and noise. The Mammoth Moose is a place guests return to year after year for its comfort, layout, and effortless connection to everything Mammoth has to offer.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.

Limit noise after 9 pm and before 8 am. * 6 persons max in the hot tub at a time. * No unsupervised children in the hot tub or sauna at any time. * No smoking or vaping in or around the condo or on the balconies. * For safety and the need to snowplow, please do not park in the driveway. The Town of Mammoth does not allow overnight parking in our neighborhood. 2 cars only in the garage, please. * Pets allowed only with prior approval of management. A fee of $200, required by our HOA, will apply. Please pick up after your pet. * Due to Town of Mammoth occupancy rules, no unregistered guests permitted. * For safety and security of guests, Sonenalp common areas (garage, balconies, foyers, stairwell, exterior) are monitored by real-time, cloud-hosted video surveillance. ------------------------- * Violation of any house rule, violation of law, or nuisance to community (including guests in excess of reserved number) may result in immediate termination of your reservation. Guests will be required to depart the premises immediately and no refund will be issued. * Violation of smoking restrictions, leaving of pet waste or other excessive cleaning or maintenance issue will result in a $500 fee. * You are responsible for the behavior of guests in your party. Costs for damage, need for excessive cleaning/repair, or theft from our home or HOA building/grounds will be deducted from your security deposit; costs in excess of the security deposit will result in additional charges.
